BIOGRAPHIES
Jochen Kröhne has a business degree and has been working in commercial television since 1984. From 1984 to 1988 he was Programming Director of the music channel musicbox, from 1988 to 1992 Programming Director of the entertainment channel Tele 5, from 1993 to 1994 Programming Director of the pay TV channel Premiere, from 1995 to 2000 CEO of the entertainment channel TM3, in 2004/2005 launch-manager of The History Channel Germany and from 2002 to 2005 CEO of entertainment channel (new) Tele 5. Since 2009 he has been CEO of the pay channel Motorvision TV on Sky Germany.
Michael Gabrielides started his career as a developer at WireCard AG in 1998 before becoming Managing Director of e-tainment Netcommerce GmbH in 1999. From 2001 until 2007 he was CEO of afendis AG, an e-payment company, as well as Managing Director of 4friends Verlagsgesellschaft mbH., which had set up Germany’s first online subscription video-on-demand platform “one4movie” and built a pay- per-view platform for PREMIERE, streaming the Champions League. Before Michael joined Motorvision Group, he was Managing Director of athos capital Deutschland GmbH as well as of afendis capital GmbH from 2006 until 2009, both companies investing in media or payment companies.
Raimund Köhler has a degree in law and has worked as a lawyer since 1999 specializing in copyright and trademark law. From 2000 until 2003 he worked for Helkon Media AG, an international film production and licence company as Deputy Head of Legal & Business Affairs. From 2003 until 2008 he was a member of the management board as Director Legal and Business Affairs at RTV Family Entertainment AG, a stock listed film production and license company. Since 2008 he has worked for the Motorvision Group, beginning as Managing Director and shareholder of Motorvision TV and now taking care of all the licence and legal issues of the Motorvision Group.
